Olanipekun holds webinar on remote court proceedings in Nigeria

The chambers of the former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Asiwaju Wole Olanipekun SAN will on May 11, 2020 hold a virtual symposium on the future of court proceedings in Nigeria post COVID-19.

In a release signed by the Managing Partner of the firm, Mr Bode Olanipekun SAN, the title of the webinar is:”Legal and Infrastructural considerations for remote court proceedings in Nigeria”.

Participants in the discussions include the Chief Judge of Borno State, Justice Kashim Zannah,who also doubles as Chairman, Judicial Information Technology Policy Committee. Others include Lagos State Attorney General, Moyosore Onigbanjo SAN, former Head, Department of Public Law, University of Lagos, Prof Taiwo Osipitan SAN, former Chairman, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Prof Chidi Anselm Odinkalu, and human rights lawyer, and legal stormy petrel, Femi Falana SAN.
