Lagos lawyer and human rights activist, Mr Jiti Ogunye has said that the position of the Chief of Staff to a President is over hyped as it is not a constitutional position.

Mr Ogunye who celebrates his 53rd birthday today (Thursday) said this in an exclusive interview with Gavel International.

He was reacting to the appointment of 75 year old Prof Ibrahim Gambari as Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari.
