An Abuja based entrepreneur, Mr Kehinde Alagbada, has called on President Bola Tinubu to speedily address the increasing hunger in the country to prevent violent protest by Nigerians.

Alagbada made the call in an open letter dated July 31 to the President and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria on Thursday in Abuja.

According to him, inflation has skyrocketed and causing the rise in the cost of living that is causing pains for millions of Nigerians.

The Entrepreneur affirmed his faith in Tinubu`s administration and vision for Nigeria, urging to should act quickly.

He urged Tinubu to immediately address the issue and prevent the protest from going degenerating.

“Mr President, please do everything you can to address these issues,’’ he appealed.

Alagbada said he is convinced that Tinubu has what it takes to lead Nigeria to a land of greatness.

He added that, reforms anywhere in the world have never brought results in short times, adding that it needs time.

“However, I share in Tinubu’s vision for our country; where the children of the poor can breathe, the blind can see again, farming becomes attractive, every child can access quality education.

“I commend Tinubu for his achievements so far, including local government autonomy, students’ loans among other life touching policies,’’ he said.

He said that it is regrettable that in spite of efforts by the administration to tackle the myriad of Nigeria’s problems, some stakeholders are frustrating the intention.

“Instead, some lawmakers used only about five per cent of the funds for the project and pocketed the rest for personal gains.

He urged Tinubu to also act quickly and replace some cabinet members who are clogs in the wheel of progress of his administration.

The entrepreneur added that, there were other Nigerians with the capacity to bring better results to his administration if he appoints them.

He urged Tinubu to create employment and empowerment opportunities for Nigerian youths so that they won’t be idle and become the devil’s workshop.
