He approached European Union and African partners to earnestly and sufficiently address what is happening.

The transients supposedly kicked the bucket during an endeavor by around 2,000 individuals to enter Spain by climbing metal line walls encompassing Melilla.

Uwaifo said: “The African Bar Association denounces the unjustifiable killing of many African transients while attempting to advance toward Spain through the Morocco-Spain land boundary, and we term this activity an unspeakable atrocity.

“The AfBA rehashes that transients, regardless of whether unpredictable, are qualified for be safeguarded by International Humanitarian Law.

“The AfBA will present a proper appeal against the Prime Minister of Morocco to the International Criminal Court, the United Nations High Commission for Human Rights, and other essential multilateral foundations.”

Uwaifo called for equity with regards to this issue.
