There are indications that the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammad has resigned. Justice Muhammad according to sources resigned on health grounds.
Dr Reuben Abati, the anchor of Morning Show on Arise Television also reported the resignation, referring to “two credible sources”.
