Abuja, September 27, 2024(TheGavel) – Maj.-Gen. Kevin Aligbe, the Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command Nigerian Army (TRADOC), has called for sustained investment in Research and Development (R&D) to bolster the army’s operational capabilities.
