On Saturday February 17, 2024, a senior lawyer, and former General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mr Julius Oladele Adesina, and his beautiful wife, Bola, gave out their delectable daughter, Adedotun Onaolapo Adesina in marriage to Olaseni Olaotan Banasko of the Banasko family of Lagos.
A week earlier, the Adesinas had hosted the Banasko family at their GRA, Ikeja home,to a beautiful introduction ceremony where Adedotun introduced her husband to her loving family.
It was a great time out for the two families as distinguished men and women from all walks of life came out to witness the engagement that was rooted in the real Yoruba tradition. The Adesinas are from Ilawe-Ekiti in Ekiti State while the Banasko are Lagosians. It was therefore a mixture of both Ekiti and Lagos traditions.
