Ambassador Wilfred Gisuka Machage, the Kenya High Commissioner to Nigeria died in Abuja on Saturday.
The Punch reports that he was ill and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital, where he died around 1 pm.
It quoted a source close to the Ambassador to have said, “It is true we lost our High Commissioner. He died around 1 pm today.
“He fell sick and was rushed to the hospital. It was at the point of administering medication that he passed on.
“We can not ascertain the cause of his death now until a postmortem is conducted on him.”
