The Lagos State Government has sealed Havilah Events Centre, Victoria Island, after it hosted a party where Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) was given out as souvenir.
The sealing was carried out by the Lagos State Safety Commission, with the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), on Saturday.
In a statement by the RRS, it said the Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alabi, directed that all those involved be arrested.
It added that two officials of the centre have been arrested.
