Judges who went on vacation throughout the country will today Monday September 28, 2020 resume regular court activities, marking the end of the annual vacation.
The vacation which began from 27th July 2020 to 25th September 2020 was announced via a circular.
In a circular sighted in the premises of the Federal High Court in Abuja, the Judges were directed to resume on Monday 28th September to their various division.
Pursuant to the provisions of Order 52 Rule 4 of the Rules of this Court, the Court has a tradition of proceeding on Annual Vacation yearly.
