A man is measured by the submission of his ink. The richness and originality of fecundity of imaginations is perused and scored by the potency of scholarship and convincing erudition. Show me your thoughts I will tell you who you are. Pen is worshiped by the versatility of deep thinking and the mind moulding effects it has on the readers.
The only thing that is ever green are the penned ideas of the past,the present and submission that will be a basis of ladder or elevator in which other structures of knowledge tomorrow will be erected. Confluence of authored ideas bear testimonies of uttered expressions that is limited to a life span. Authored expression refuses to be extinguished irrespective of time,years or age.
A mind builder is the definition of an Author.
Writings that has graduated into publication is an indelibly engraved legacies of brilliance and painstaking documentation of ideas that has throughout history stands as an ingredient of any Library and locomotive of scholarship.
A pen that has graduated to authored expression has immortalized the Author and has permanently make such individual irrespective of gender a life living legend. Legend are made in writing.
Traveling through the minds of others in authored expression fuels the wheels of scholarship. Shakespeare philosophically canvassed that of all the gift of human nature,the gift of pen is the best. Authors are different Species because they think in words, figures, graphics and fecundity of imaginations. The versatility of a Writer is embedded in what he or she has consumed in knowledge.
Throughout history Knowledge is never gained by intuition,we are all borrowers of individual thoughts,of ideas. As an individual the happiest moments of my life is when am exchanging views with brilliant minds, reading thoughts of fantastic writers,cross fertilizing ideas with Oracles of different fields,many thanks to my several appearances on Journalist Hangout program of Television Continental. Iron sharpens iron. People are my mobile library because in the school of experience, nobody is a graduate. It is enriching to read and it is scholarly to be an Author.
A Nation without Authors is a lake. Rivers of ideas are locomotive. Continuous flow of ideas is an instrument of socio economic engineering of a society. Authors are wonderful people. Authors makes the existential scholarly definition of any Library.A library exists because there are Authors. We have Books because it’s authored by someone. The variation of ideas by multidisciplinary Oracles of knowledge propels the innovation of modern development.
The Ivory Tower whether in deed or in truth, whether in excellence or in greatness cannot be honoured or be considered reservoirs of knowledge without Authors. Authors are product of research. A mind that is constantly thirsty of knowledge is sharpening constantly scholarly in search of a golden fleece which requires an extra mile in digging the unknown for acquisition of knowledge.
Authors are natural holders of diplomatic passport of any nation irrespective of their geographical location because they are cited , studied and referenced as a nourishing instrument of the orchestra of global knowledge. Authors presence are felt in reading by others globally. The barriers of physical presence of Authors has been addressed in their writing. It is a golden pen and life indelibly engraved reputation.
Assembling Authors under the auspices of Nigeria Book forum is the best. Strength dwells in the assembly of scholars. Again,no matter how good product is,it must be constantly marketed and evangelized. Knowledge evangelism is a continuous thing,there a forum to engage and a market place of scholars becomes an admiring consortium of fecundity of imaginations. Iron sharpens iron.
On this note, I feel very privileged to be added to this forum by a Learned mind, Barrister Tomi Ajayi, whose navigation of pen and publication has been significantly impactful for generations yet unborn. It is a rare privilege and I am humbled by standing on the shoulders of the Giants like you so that I can see from afar.
