Labour suspends strike

The organised Labour unions in Nigeria under the auspices of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress(TUC) on Monday morning announced the suspension of the industrial action over the hike in prices electricity tariff and petroleum products.

This strike action was called off after an agreement was reached between labour and the Federal government team led by the Secretary to the Federal Government, Mr Boss Mustapha.
